General terms and conditions

To be eligible for this competition the entrant must be an Australian registered Pharmacist with current AHPRA registration.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Life Pharmacy Group, are ineligible to enter.
Any prizes are non-refundable or transferable, and no portion of the prize is redeemable for cash.
To the extent permitted by law, Life Pharmacy Group can amend, vary, suspend or terminate these terms and conditions with 14 days notice.
If for any reason whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the Life Pharmacy Group, the promotion is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, Life Pharmacy Group reserves the right, in its sole discretion, unless to do so would be prohibited by law, to: (a) disqualify any Eligible Entrant; and/or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to cancel, suspend, modify, terminate or cancel the promotion.
Life Pharmacy Group reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an Eligible Entrant’s identity, email address, phone number and AHPRA status) and to disqualify any Eligible Entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Life Pharmacy Groups discretion. Failure by the Life Pharmacy Group to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Privacy statement

Life Pharmacy Group uses Eligible Entrant’s personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers, agents, contractors, service providers, and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities.
Entry is conditional on providing this information.
The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, also use the information to contact the Entrants regarding work opportunities within The Life Pharmacy Group.
Eligible Entrants should direct any request to opt-out, access, update or correct information to the Life Pharmacy Group at the below address.
Promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on Monday 20th March 2023 and concludes at 11:59pm AEST on Monday 31st July 2023. The prize will be drawn within a week of the competition closing and the winner will be notified via email.
Each entrant can only go into the draw once, and multiple entries from the same entrant will be disregarded.
